Newly remodeled 3-bedroom house with AC in Coronado, 1 block from the Bay

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom house in Coronado on the bayside of the island. Newly remodeled with classic indoor/outdoor entertaining. All new appliances including Wolf range. Large bifold door between kitchen onto a covered patio with built-in heaters, TV, infrared Lynx grill, sink with disposal, kegerator, drink fridge, fire pit, and fountain. Main bedroom and bedroom 2 in the house, 3rd bedroom is attached to the garage, to the right of the fountain with its own AC unit. Each bedroom has a TV all with AppleTV. Three bathrooms with showers ensure convenience for guests.House is wired with Sonos sound system. The property offers AC, WiFi, and laundry. Outdoor shower beach chairs, 4 beach cruisers, and two inflatable paddleboards. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Note: stereo equipment and records will be replaced with decorative items unless you are interested in additional renting for fees.
