Cozy Studio Oceanside Hatteras Village

Come enjoy a stay in our cozy Oceanside Beach Studio, with community access (only 200 yards away) to the serene beach of Hatteras Village. Enjoy a fishing trip on one of the many charters out of Hatteras Marina, just down the road, or even some surf fishing on the beach. If fishing isn't your thing, come relax on the beautiful beach and watch the waves come and go. If you want outdoor activities try kite surfing, wind surfing or surfing in the OBX. There are also kayak tours and dolphin watching tours available nearby. Relax and enjoy the sand between your toes at e=msea2.

This elevated beach studio is about a mile from the Ocracoke Ferry in Hatteras Village. And is conveniently located near many restaurants and local shopping.

This cottage is offering up its studio apartment, for your enjoyment. The studio apartment has one queen bed and a sleeper sofa, newly renovated kitchen and updated designer bathroom. This unit sleeps 2 (or up to 4 using the sleeper sofa) and has a fully stocked kitchen, TV, DVD player, stereo, and access to a washer and dryer (on the property) as well as access to the large deck, with a hot tub and grill. We are also including wireless internet access and cable TV. Enjoy views of the Pamlico Sound from this cozy studio with your family or friends.

We try not to rent both houses when one is rented out. We strongly encourage you to get vacation insurance, during hurricane season, as road closures will be expected.

This was a great place to stay with my husband and our dog. It is conveniently located to the parts of Hatteras we frequent most. I was able to bathe the dog after a fun day at the beach in the outdoor shower. I was able to make a big pot of chilly for the week and some milkshakes using the blender. Kitchen is stocked well. Nice deck and hot tub for 2. We will book this place again.

This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend trip to Hatteras! It checked off every box on our wish list: an amazing location, the amenities we wanted like a kitchen, and a hot tub!! Mark was easy to work with and it’s clear he’s put a lot of thought into the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days at this adorable studio in Hatteras. Clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed at hand. While we did bring our own linens, the access to a washer and dryer was so appreciated and allowed us to pack less than we had in years prior at other properties. Our small pup (15lbs) loved his trip and also felt at home in the space. It was the perfect base for our activities around Hatteras, plus it's just minutes walk away from a pristine beach. To top it all off, our hosts were kind, friendly, and welcoming. We plan to return in future years, for sure. Glad to have found this wonderful space! Thank you!

The hot tub left grease marks on both our necks and ruined my wife’s swimsuit from the chlorine. The mattress was the WORST! The bathroom updates were great, but invest money where we actually sleep. Everything else was what we expected. The beach was a short walk down the road.

It's a studio so it is small but fine for two people. Good location...street ends with a small boardwalk up to the beach and ocean.No soap for bathrooms..surprised by that.Kitchen could use a cutting board. Dishwasher soap but no dish soap. Contacted owner and he said dish soap should have been there. Overall a fine VRBO.

It is clearly stated in our listing that we don't provide lines and towels (no rentals on Hatteras Island include this, unless you pay for a separate service). I also send a pre check in email the day before check in CLEARLY restating that towels and linens are not included....... Some people just can't pay attention even in the face of simplistic instructions

This was our third time staying here and we had another wonderful week at the beach! This is truly the perfect place for a couple. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for us. We love being walking distance from the beach! Mark is great at communicating and very generous. We will absolutely be back again!

A Cozy Cottage

It took us years of saving, work, and dreams. but we finally did it, we now have a piece of the obx. And we want to share the joy.

This cottage is really two homes, so the studio apartment is very peaceful and private. Fully tiled bathroom.
