Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

-Set all thermostats in each room to 55 degrees
-Shut the Laundry room Door and keep that thermostat at 60°
**December/January/February please slow drip the top floor bathroom hot and cold water faucet closest to the window at checkout if the high temperature for the next week is going to be less than 10°.
-Turn 5th floor Living Room with fireplace thermostat and 3rd floor hallway thermostat to OFF
***Additional fees will be imposed if the townhome is not left how you found it please and thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fireplace not for guest use (messy and potentially unsafe with an unexperienced guest)
Lock outdoor garbage cans (push down till hear click) or bears will get into them and police will be called. Keep kitchen windows closed at night.

Very clean and well-kept property. We enjoyed the space and proximity to Winter Park Resort. The bus pickup was conveniently located across the street.

Great place, loved it. More room than we thought. Everything worked like it should. Great location for the ski bus! Clean, plenty of towels, linens, extra blankets. Loved having 2 separate common areas. There are a lot of stairs. Very happy we stayed here
Booking, communication, location and unit were perfect for our 3 day stay. Loved being on the ridge and the views it provided. Used the kitchen for a joint family cooking project and had plenty of room to work around each other, plus had the accessories we needed. Wish our stay had been longer and we could have taken in more of what this rental home and its location so easily provided.
The property was great! Perfect for my family. My only minor issue was that the beds, aside from the master, were all tired and need to be replaced soon.
Our family lives in Denver and loves spending time snowboarding, skiing, hiking with our dogs, fishing, and playing music to sunsets.... making our mountain home the perfect place to do what we love. We think our place is so magical that we love sharing it with guests like you!

We looked for the perfect place in the Winter Park and Fraser Valley area for years and were lucky to find this townhome on a ridge with the perfect unobstructed views of the Rockies. We love that there is extra land off our back porch for the kids to roam. This quiet, safe, active and friendly mountain neighborhood is a perfect place to take a walk down to the Fraser River Trail, downtown Fraser, with every step offering panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains.

Our townhome is built on a ridge so 5 of the 6 floors have breathtaking views of the sunrise over the Continental Divide and Sunset over Fraser Valley and the Rocky Mountains. Once here you have the option to ditch your car and take the "The Lift" shuttle to get to Winter Park Ski Resort, Downtown Winter Park, Downtown Fraser and the Fraser River.
