Wonderful stay in Cocoa Beach!This condo was a perfect 5-star experience. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described (and shown in the photos). We loved the view overlooking the pool and out to the water. The Florida/Spanish décor gave it a warm, inviting feel.Stephanie, the property manager, was incredibly easy to reach and communicate with—responsive and helpful throughout.Highly recommend this place for a relaxing Cocoa Beach getaway. We had a wonderful time and would gladly stay again!

We truly enjoyed our time here! Condo was clean and very roomy. Everything you need is provided including beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. Stephanie was quick to respond to the questions we had. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants and grocery stores and the beach. We would definitely come back!

Our overall experience was awesome! The condo was just as described and the view was nice. Parking was easy and accessible. Right down the road from so many nice shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be booking again in the future.

We had a fantastic time! The condo was the perfect location to walk to local restaurants and shops. The access to the beach was fantastic. The pool was clean-which we used a lot. We will definitely be back!

Great location and plenty of beach toys and amenities. Even got to observe 2 NASA launches right from the beach in front of the resort. Well stocked kitchen perfect for sharing meals in the condo.

Great unobstructed beach view with a large patio to enjoy it. Place was big and clean. The owner made herself very available and responded quickly to the few concerns we had. The condo was in the heart of the beach area.
