Clean and convenient

We stayed for a night before our cruise and this place was perfect. The little touches and thoughtfulness of the owners really makes it great. Things like having plenty of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes on and luggage stands in the bedrooms just make your stay easier. It is on the second level in the corner so you don't have a direct view of the ocean from the unit itself but the beach boardwalk is a very short walk away. This rental is a great value for all its amenities and is certainly better maintained than all the other rentals or hotels I have stayed at in the area over the last few years. We would definitely come back again.

Quick trip

We had family visiting and they had never seen a sunrise over the ocean. This was the perfect spot to wake up, walk a few steps and enjoy a beautiful sunrise.

Great beach stay

Just a few steps from a great beach. Not crowded, fun for kids. Saw 2 rockets take off from Cape Canaveral Space complex. There’s an app to show you launch times. Unforgettable! Facility is upscale renovation in a quaint older complex. Highly recommend.

One night stay before a cruise!

We stopped here for a one night stay before our cruise. The condo was so clean and perfect for our family! Access to the beach was amazing and the quaint little neighborhood was fun to be in. Many restaurants were close by too! Would totally stay again!

Location, Location, Location!

We enjoyed having easy access to the beach. Watched 4 rocket launches in 2 weeks. Less than a mile to the pier, and walkable to several restaurants. Easy drive to Kennedy Space Center and Historic Cocoa Village. 🙂
