We came to house hunt and needed a reasonably priced place to stay. This place was a great little gem. It was clean, well organized, included maps and places to eat around the area. They had beach toys and games for the kids. Everything we could have needed and more. The check in was a breeze, plenty of room, and great location. It was steps from the beach and such a beautiful area. We loved so much about this place and will definitely be recommending it to my parents and we will probably stay again when coming back to finalizing moving arrangements. Thank you for everything!

Lora is a phenomenal and inclusive host! The condo was perfectly as described and our night view of the Rocket Launch from our beach was breathtaking! We enjoyed the short distance to the beach as a family with small children and especially the local gopher tortoise that paid us a visit on our last day. This was the perfect place for our family of four! We were just there two nights — we used it as a base to go to Kennedy Space Center— but it was clean and comfortable and had a nice view of the ocean. Super easy beach access, and was stocked with everything we needed for the beach (boogie boards, chairs, beach towels). Location was great — easy drive to KSC for the first half of the day, and then the afternoon/evening at the beach. My kids had a blast, the condo had everything we needed, and we would definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean with a beachy vibe Communication with Lora was awesome and the place had EVERYTHING you in want or need. One thing that was unique about other VRBO’s we Have stayed in is that she had Keurig coffees and creamers there to use so when you get off the plane and a pick me up before you unpack or head out on your day or for your evening you didn’t have to go to the grocery store to get something it was right there had a cup of coffee ready for the day. That was awesome. And above and beyond

Perfect 3-Day Getaway at a Cocoa Beach Gem! We just got back from a 3-day stay at this beachfront condo/apartment and I'm already planning our next trip. The location is unbeatable — literally steps from the sand. We loved waking up to ocean views right from our bedrooms, and it was so easy to walk straight out onto the beach with our morning coffee in hand.The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully updated, and stocked with everything we needed — full kitchen and comfy beds made it feel like home. The AC kept up perfectly with the Florida heat. There's also a common area patio for the complex where guests can grill, which was a nice touch for an evening cookout with an ocean breeze.Communication with the host was fantastic from booking through checkout — quick responses and genuinely helpful local recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. Cocoa Beach itself was relaxed and uncrowded, with easy access to the pier, shops, and great seafood spots just a short walk or drive away.This condo/apartment delivered the true "wake up and walk onto the beach" experience. Highly recommend for couples, families, or anyone wanting a quick, stress-free beach getaway. We'll definitely be back for longer next time!
