Perfect place in an absolutely charming neighborhood. Great location if you're in town for an event at the stadiums. Definitely will book again when back in Philly
Beautiful apartment in a great location. We had plenty of space and were very comfortable, and the area is located in felt very safe. Would stay there again for sure!
We had a great stay in Philly! The place was exactly as described, and the host sent easy to follow instructions and left snacks and supplies for the stay. We would highly recommend.
We loved everything about this unit!It was clean, well supplied and just nice! The host was AMAZING and communication was great! The location was a little gritty and loud due to traffic, clubs and construction (but ear plugs were provided)! We would recommend staying here if the later doesn’t bother you because it really was a wonderful place!
Perfect spot between Society Hill and Queen Village. Half a block from the Theater of Living Arts w plenty of food and drink options nearby. Extremely clean, great communication, and prime location in Philly.
Great location! Hip, lively, safe neighborhood central to all the sights. The host was easily accessible and very accommodating. The place was super clean and updated. The central air-conditioning was a big plus. Only wish we could have stayed longer.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. I stayed with my two friends and we were able to have our own spaces when working from home. We each had a desk in our rooms which was very useful. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment!

Chris was a great guest, welcome back anytime! 100% recommend to any host!
We were 4 ladies traveling together and the location of this apartment was perfect for us. We turned in our rental car upon arrival in Philly and walked everywhere that we wanted to go. The Historic District was only a 15 minute walk. The listing was a little misleading as to the size of the beds. There are 3 QUEEN beds. Also something to make note of if watching TV is important to you: the only TV is in the middle bedroom. We really enjoyed the funky vibe of South Street and always felt perfectly safe walking around. Parking a car seemed to us like it would either be very difficult or very expensive.
Great communication with Mandy before, during and after our trip. The location is great, close to some shops and restaurants, a few blocks from Independance Hall, Magic Garden's...You have plenty of supplies (coffee pods, snacks, bottles of water, shampoo, dishwasher pods....).
Had a great stay here! It is very conveniently located within walking distance to the main sites in Philly. There are also tons of places to eat within a 1-15 minute walk! There was a fair amount of street noise on Saturday night, but other than that, it was fine. The host does offer ear plugs, but I slept in one of the other bedrooms and avoided the street-facing bedroom and had no issues. The whole place is very clean and comfortable! I also felt safe in this neighborhood. Host was very responsive to questions. I did have a car with me, but I would not recommend parking in the street. It’s bumper to bumper parking and the streets are crowded. The city also randomly shut down parking on this street twice in the three days I was there. I parked in the ramp two blocks away on Lombard St and it was very reasonable for the three days.
This place is great! The stairs are definitely something to consider but still, no big deal. The host was very communicative and we had everything we needed.
Great location (if busy at night but didn't bother us) and very comfortable accommodation for a group of friends in town for a gig. The apartment was spotless and well-stocked (thanks Mandy for the snacks). Would book again.
