Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a wonderful week at the beach in 4 separate villas. With the spotty weather it was perfect being right on the beach, easy to get back to the room when it rained or stormed and easy to get to the beach when the sun returned.The Vistas on the Gulf are also very close to some outstanding restaurants

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Vista’s for over 10 yrs in many different rooms, multiple times a yr. Some are more up to date than others but are always nice and clean. The beach is lovely and peaceful. Staff is friendly. Sadly this time will probably be our last. They’ve gotten new management and their prices have skyrocketed. I do understand the hurricanes and others things that all play into it but that kind of price increase we just can’t do multiple times, sorry to say. I would recommend Vistas. It been our second home for quite awhile

Unit had flaws, but the view and location were wonderful. We could not change the temperature on the oven because few buttons worked, neither tub drained well, there were blind slats missing and a tile was laying against the wall it should’ve been affixed to. We tried to report, but the office was closed and there wasn’t a QR code on the fridge that we were supposed to use to report electronically, so we went to the website and emailed our first night and were never contacted. The housekeepers tried to come in one day and luckily my husband and son were there, as they quickly hurried out when they realized people were there. We were not aware that anyone should be entering our unit and there was no daily housekeeping service. Otherwise, the facility, view, beach and location were wonderful!
