Why they chose this property
We absolutely love the Grand Valley and all it has to offer, especially being downtown. The beautiful homes, proximity to public lands, and fun neighborhoods make this area really special.
What makes this property unique
We preserved as many of the original Victorian touches as possible (such as the sash-weight windows!) while updating the whole house to be spacious, modern, and comfortable. This house was truly a labor of love, and it shows in every thoughtful detail.
