Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. I own the unit next door, exactly the same in case you need more space. I also have another property in Grand Junction that sleeps 10.

I've lived in the area most of my life and love all that this valley has to offer - especially in the great outdoors! I've been hosting short term rentals since 2019 and love meeting and hearing from folks from all over the world.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood due to the proximity to the Colorado River, trail system, downtown, amphitheater, and mountain biking trails.
What makes this property unique
This property is brand new, recently decorated and stocked and is in great shape. I own the unit next door that is the exact same, if you need more space and the dates work out, you can book them both! I also have another home in town that sleeps 10 if you need more space.
