We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was clean, welcoming, and the three bedrooms provided more than enough space for everyone to settle in comfortably. The absolute best part is proximity to the Falls—we were parked at the main lot in under 7 minutes every time. S was a fantastic host who stayed in touch to ensure we were comfortable throughout our trip. A perfect base for a Niagara getaway!

The house was perfect for our stays. 3 huge bedrooms and close the everything! Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Pros to the property would be the house was clean, a security lock on the door that locked within a few seconds of coming or going, and thick and fluffy towels. However the Cons outweighed the Pro's. I did not get the check in info for the house until about 30 minutes prior to arriving to the location, which made me very nervous after driving a day and half to reach the location. I booked this house because it had good reviews and ratings, yet the host stated when he sent the check in info that it was a new listing and to let them know if we needed anything. Those thick bath towels were the only towels in the house. No hand towel in the bathroom, no kitchen towel in the kitchen. Also, the refrigerator was very nice, but the ice maker wasn't functioning. When we asked the host about this, we did not get a response. We simple purchased ice cube trays, bath hand towel, and kitchen dish towels at Dollar General to use and then donate to the home. These were minor inconvenience. Oh, and no coffee, a basic that was supposed to be provided. BUT, the biggest inconvenience was the television that was not functioning. After multiple, multiple communications and being mislead about trying to disconnect and reconnect the cable, we figured and how to connect the tv to the wifi and got it functioning about 11pm on our second night in the home. Our host then apologized for the inconvenience, said this had happened to the previous guest. REALLY! All I can say was it was an adventure.

Fantastic stay next to Niagara Fall

The property was fantastic! It was very clean and renovated though still some cosmetic work is pending. It fit our entire family great. Tashi nmeem was fantastic to communicate with for any questions. The location was perfect. I would definitely bring my family here again!! Street parking is scheduled based on days so be attentive which day you are parking in which street. We were not aware and got 25 ticket.

High Crime Neighborhood

My family was supposed to stay at this property for 3 nights but did not stay. When we pulled up the yard had not been mowed and there was a lot of questionable activity going on including a man high on something and his pants were pulled down and he had his hand on his privates dancing around. We had to call and message the manager twice to get the code to get in the door and then the code was not correct so I had to call back. Once inside, the house looked clean except the refrigerator which had crumbs and something brown spilled in it. I questioned the manger about the safety of the neighborhood and was assured that it is safe but my family did not feel safe so we told the manager we were leaving. Of course,we did not get a refund of our 600 and had to go pay for a hotel for the 3 nights. But we spoke with some locals and they said they would not even drive thru that neighborhood. Also that same night there was a drive by shooting on the next street over and the gun was found on the street for the house that we had rented. I would not recommend renting this house if you want to feel safe for your family.

Hi, we are very sorry that the state of the refrigerator and lawn was below optimal condition, and also about the wrong code for the door. We will do better in these regards. However, I would just like to let you know the crime activity in that area used to be high, however in the last 3-4 years it has gotten significantly better, along with the whole city of Niagara Falls in general. Crime rates are down, in that area the statistics show that they are low. So the information you provided is not entirely correct. What may be perceived as drug activity now is going to be just people in the neighborhood getting together for social activities in the summer. The people of the neighborhood are actually quite friendly, speaking through personal experience. In addition, the information you provided about the shooting is incorrect, that incident happened about 2 years ago. We apologize that your first impression was anything below outstanding. We hope you enjoyed your stay in Niagara Falls wherever you did stay.
