PARKING
+2 Reserved and covered parking spots at a reduced rate of $55 per vehicle (normally $85 and limited to availabilty), up to a 30-day stay. Passes are required for all vehicles at complex.
+Reserved spots are numbered so no searching necessary for a parking spot!
+Up to 2 additional general parking spots depending on seasonal availability
+Parking is purchased at arrival from the security desk. Cash and check not accepted.

THINGS TO KNOW
+Minimum age requirement to rent is 25
+During peak season, wristbands are required to be worn. Wristbands are provided at security desk for up to 12 persons at no charge.
+Guests will be given a keyless entry code to use for the duration of their stay. The code will expire at time of check-out.
