Located in an oceanfront building, Purnell House 304 is ideally situated for all of Ocean City’s attractions, restaurants, bars, shopping, mini-golf, amusement parks - you name it. In addition, an awesome Outdoor Pool is also included!  Enjoy your own private balcony, furnished, so you can enjoy the spectacular ocean views while drinking your morning coffee.

The Living Room area is the perfect place to enjoy time together after a sunny fun-filled day at the beach, and with Flat Screen TV and Free WiFi, the whole family will love it!  Sleeping options include the Master Bedroom with King bed, TV, and private full bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom Two offers a Queen & Full size bed & a TV. Additonal sleeping is provided in the Living Room with a Queen sleep sofa. An open concept and fully equipped Kitchen allows everyone to gather while cooking big breakfasts or evening dinners.

You will appreciate the two assigned parking spots, guaranteeing you won’t drive around looking for a place to park! Super convenient street parking is also available at no charge.
