Cozy Dog-Friendly Home with WiFi

Welcome to lovely Albany, NH. This property features two cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed & TV and the other with a queen-on-queen bunk bed. The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and all necessary shower amenities. The living room boasts several windows to enjoy the property’s nature views, a built-in desk, two large sofas, and a TV.

If needed, you can conveniently access the laundry room on the main floor. We are happy to host your furry friends and recommend exploring nearby trails (Piper Trail and Albany Town Forest are close favorites)! There is one XL crate available in the home. If needed, please bring additional crating.

Major and minor hikes are not far. There are several amazing dining options minutes away in Conway or enjoy the shopping in North Conway less than 20 minutes away.

Please be aware that although the property is conveniently located on Route 16, it is off that main road and some vehicle noises can vaguely be heard from inside the home. Most importantly, please keep an eye on children and have pets leashed when out in front of the home.

If you’re a fan of s’mores, there is a firepit on the premises. The property sits on one acre of land, mostly woods with no neighbors on this side of the road, so there are walking / potty areas for pets just out the back door. (Please pick up after your pet.) We want this to be a fun and restful getaway, so it is encouraged for you to reach out during your stay with any questions or concerns.

The home has a very cozy vibe and is nicely decorated with a tasteful, mountain theme. The home was clean and warm. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and offered suggestions for walking our dog in a nearby forest. The property and owner are a credit to the VRBO community!

Wow I have to say this was one of the most disappointing VRBO‘s. I have ever stayed in the property was dirty dried food on the stove, the beds looked like someone had rolled out of them and left. We contacted the owner on December 24 when we got there because the refrigerator wasn’t working and was warm enough to have not been working for several days. We mentioned the refrigerator and the cleanliness to the owner. She got back to me the next day and told me because of the holiday she was unable to do anything about the refrigerator, which we totally understood. But didn’t seem surprised by how dirty it was. For our inconvenience, she refunded us 60 when I asked her if that was the refund she was talking about she said no, and we would get our deposit back at a later time unfortunately at this point she has reneged on giving us our deposit back. This is definitely not a place. I would choose to stay again or recommend to anyone
