Great location! Our home is close to most attractions that Mount Washington Valley offers. We are minutes away from a few ski resorts. There is also neighborhood hiking access to Mt. Stanton and a PRIVATE association BEACH located on the Saco River which is a great way to spend the hot summer days. Our home is at the end of a quiet road, so you’ll be able to relax after a long day of skiing, hiking and other fun activities. We are PET FRIENDLY!

Our open concept home was built in 2006; it features cathedral ceilings, TWO living rooms, FOUR bedrooms, THREE full baths, ample parking, an indoor gas fireplace and outdoor fire pit, and a gas grill on the deck. We have three TVs with cable, 400 Mbps internet, and Xbox in the playroom.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen. The dining table has seating for six and there is additional seating for four at the island. New linens and towels for our guest to use. The third -floor master bedroom has a New King-sized bed with private full bath and flat screen television. There are two bedrooms on the main level. The first has a Queen-sized bed. The other bedroom has two twin beds and share the 2nd full bathroom. This main level also includes the open concept family room, kitchen & dining area with access to large wrap around deck with patio furniture.
The ground level is the location of the 4th bedroom with two sets of twin-size bunk beds, the 3rd full bathroom, laundry room with full washer & dryer and the 2nd living room. This living room has a large flat screen TV (perfect for the kids). For rainy day fun, we have several family board games (Monopoly, Chess, Checkers , Bananagrams, playing cards, and a cribbage board)

Great property. One minute off 302 and in the middle of everything. We all found the beds comfy. The kitchen was well appointed and AC was money(we were in the white mts during a four day heat wave)We can easily recommend this rental, and would stay here again for our next visit

Beautiful place in Bartlett. Quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to Jackson Falls, Diana’s Bath, Cathedral Edge, Crawford Notch, or Storybook Land. We enjoyed toasting marshmallows in backyard fire pit and taking in the awesome nighttime stars that opened above us. Outdoor deck was great for playing games with grandchildren and soaking in the sun. Local hiking trail can be accessed right near cabin. Owners responded to inquiries thoughtfully and respectfully which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again as we barely did everything we hoped to do. Thank you for sharing such a lovely home!

Great place to stay with family

My husband and I brought our 3 young adult children away for a long weekend to go skiing. There was plenty of room for all of us, including our lab Theo. The location is perfect for skiing as well as shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Summer Fun

We loved the house and location! The highlight for us was the beach access to the Saco River! Good communication with owners who just bought the house so are getting up to speed but doing all the right things.

35 years ladies only get away weekend

Perfect location for our annual weekend. Living room upstairs could use more seating and couch was little hard. But overall we loved the house, the owners were very responsive to our questions! We would love to come back if we get a chance next year! 😊

Saco retreat

Overall a good space for extended family...a little challenging with toddlers due to the stairs and door handles that can be figured out by said toddler...a door knob with lock would be helpful! A little farther from the Saco than I thought it would be, but an absolutely beautiful and very quiet river beach...the beautiful great fun for swimming and floating the rapids. location close to many activities and of course set in the middle of the beautiful white mountains. We will be back

Perfect place for family ski getaway

The property was perfect. Clean, plenty of space, great communication with owners and I would definitely stay there again. My family and I spent a long weekend there for a ski trip. Everything was great and I would highly recommend this property. One word of advice for potential renters is the recycling!!! NH is very specified with their recycling. EVERYTHING needs to be separate that includes glass, plastic bottles, cans, cardboard, paper etc. I just brought trash home with me as I was a little overwhelmed at the recycling station.

We spent the long weekend here with my family, my parents and my brothers family! We had the best time. We visited Storyland, which was less than 10mins away! The house fit us perfectly and was very clean! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed! Would stay there again!!

Very nice house. Close to restaurants shops, and numerous outdoor activities. The one thing that could have been better would be the livingroom furniture. Although, aesthetically nice, it was a bit uncomfortable to relax on after a day of activities. The bed in the master was very comfortable so that was a plus.

Stay in Bartlett

Great home, comfortably accommodating 4 adults, 2 children, and 1 pug. Ample room to store ski gear and located just a few minutes (by car) from Attitash (enjoyed 3 days on the slopes). Also close to downtown North Conway, where we enjoyed shopping, dining, and the indoor water park. The fireplace kept us cozy and the spaghetti shed down the street well nourished (great wine and dessert selection as well). Very much enjoyed our stay!

Glorious White Mountain Vacation
