Very spacious home that accommodated all 13 members of our family. Several different areas for socialization so children could play games in one area adults visit in another and large eating area.
Check in was super easy. The kitchen has everything you need, all working, no issues. Very nice house. Peaceful area. Good and friendly neighbors. Pet and kids friendly. We liked the house very much and will be considering rent it again. Thank you for the warm place.

Thanks for the lovely review, Aleksandr! We're glad everything from the kitchen to the neighborhood made your stay enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure to host guests who appreciate the warmth of our home. Hope to see you again soon!
It almost takes an act of Congress to get our adult kids and grandkids together. Everyone has a busy life. This vacation rental was just what we needed. Space for 14. Location close to Dillon and Breckinridge. We were about to enjoy hiking trails, downtown Breckinridge and a pontoon after noon on Dillon Reservoir. Highly recommend this property. Host was very gracious during our stay.
