Comfy, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath condo with internet access located within walking distance of Sonoma State University, Starbucks, Swirltime, Charm Kitchen (Thai), Honey Cuisine (Japanese), Pizza Guys, El Gallo Taqueria, McD's, and Taco Bell. Local park with swimming pool, tennis courts, baseball diamond, etc. just a few blocks away.

The condo has (3) bedrooms and a total of (3) beds. Master room has a CA king, second room has a queen bed, and third room has a king bed. Sleeps a total of (6).

No taxes or other fees apply, except what VRBO may charge the renter. If it is necessary for the tenant to cancel a reservation and the dates are rented to someone else, a full refund will be given. If the cancellation period cannot be rented, the tenant is responsible for and required to pay the rental amount, less the cleaning fee ($130). Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Hang wet towels.
Turn off heater, fans, and/or AC units. Check the stove and make sure all knobs are in the “off” position.
Leave spare key, garage door opener, and parking passes on the counter, if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must park in the driveway, garage, or guest parking area.
Guests will not use or burn candles, fireworks, etc. on the premises. Battery operated candles are provided.
Noise will be kept to a minimum after 9:30pm and before 8:00am. Be extra wary about slamming car doors and outside talking during this timeblock.

Outstanding Alternative to Hotel Stay
