This adorable cottage in Magnolia Cottages located off of 30A offers a cozy retreat for all your guests. With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds & 1 queen bed, everyone will have a comfortable place to rest. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers, 2 tubs & fully stocked linens. Whether you're relaxing in the charming living space or enjoying the WiFi, this tremendous rental has everything you need for a memorable stay.
If you are looking for fun in the sun, the beach is just a short walk away! 2 public accesses are close to the entrance to the neighborhood. On the days you are hoping to stay close to home, take advantage of the community pool a few minutes away. The outdoor shower is sure to come in handy to wash away the day before heading inside. There is also a private gas grill behind the home that is available for guests. This provides the perfect opportunity to spend time on the screened porch with friends or family.

Wonderful Home
We had a wonderful stay, no problems. Management company was great and was new to us. It was a relief to learn they were great. We have stayed at this home three times and really like the location and the back porch. Beds are comfy. If you rent it please take good care of it because we will be back next summer. :)
