Magnolia By The Sea -An upscale cottage community located just 5 miles East of Seaside and 2 miles west of Rosemary Beach. Magnolia By The Sea has quickly become one of the most desired beach destinations on 30A. The home is very well appointed which includes Kohler fixtures, hardwood floors in the great room, kitchen, and bedrooms. There is tile in all the bath's, along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. You will also enjoy the world famous beaches which are a 100 yard walk, or the neighborhood resort style swimming pool which is just a minute walk away. This 3 bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the closest home to the beach in the Magnolia Cottages community.

Great Location!

A lovely home and just as pictured. A quiet neighborhood of pretty cottages but close enough to all the sights on 30A. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Felt like Home Away from Home, Cute Decorations, Spacious, & Convenient Location to the Beach - We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door. We loved the location, though we found it more convenient to use the public beach access than the private one, as we were told we couldn't set our beach spot up at the private access because we were only allowed to use that one due to it being"grandfathered in." We could walk through the sand to the public area or on the walking path. The public access, only another minute walk, was larger and had a shower off area with garbages which made things easier with kids anyways. The rental was comfortable, well furnished and stocked. This would hands down be a place we'd return to!

Comfy Cottage

We loved everything about this place! It was nicely decorated, well stocked, very clean, and had a great layout. The cottage was conveniently located near everything we enjoy doing on our vacations…beach, pool, bike path, walking trail, shops, and restaurants. With five adults, having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this house. We plan to return soon!

Absolutely beautiful and great location!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway! The house is in a great location with direct access to the beach and you are perfectly situated between Rosemary, Seaside and Alys Beach. The house was decorated perfectly without a detailed missed. It was so hard to leave and we are already planning our next trip back!

An amazing weekend!

We had such a wonderful weekend at your beach cottage. Everything was so beautifully decorated, very clean and plenty of space for our family. The beach was just a short walk and we were able to come back for lunch if we needed too. We rented bikes and road all the way up and down 30A. Definitely a vacation we will do again!

Annual Beach Trip w/Friends

This beach house is decorated super cute, and had everything we needed. Was not far at all to walk to the beach access, and we even walked to the Alys Beach area. When we let the owner know the beach chairs were broken and in bad shape, she reimbursed us for the chairs we had to buy ourselves, which I thought was so kind of her, certainly didn’t expect that! We really enjoyed our time together the week we were there!

This property is clean and well supplied with kitchen needs. The property management company prompt to respond to smoke alarm beeping due to low battery. Nice location for several surrounding areas. We loved Alys Beach area.

Quiet area and convenient location

Loved our stay at Magnolia by the Sea. This place had everything you needed. It is decorated beautifully and very easy to access Beach and pool. Located right at Watersound Parkway so it is easy to get in and out to Hwy 98. We had a 22 month old with us and there was a basket of toys there to play with. He loved the back porch as well. Great place and great service from Eric!

You will love this adorable beach cottage that is in the ideal location on Hwy 30A. The comfortable and stylish home has all the essentials and will be the perfect spot for your 30A vacation. Whether you want to head to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach or Seaside....you are just a couple miles away. Plus, you're located directly across the street from the beach access. Bring your swimsuit and some sunscreen and you're ready to go!

May Summer Vaca

The house was spacious enough for our trip. It was clean and fully stocked with anything you need for a home away from home. I will rent this home in the future. The only thing of note is that you are allowed to use the private beach access to gain entry to the beach, but you are not allowed to sit on the private beach. You have to sit on the public beach which is about 50 yards from the stairs of the private beach access. Not a deal breaker, but still a small trek with little kids. We stopped using the private beach access and just used the public beach access which was a short walk down the street.

Wonderful home, fully equipped with anything you might need and a great layout. Very close to the beach - not 150 steps - but who is really counting when you are that close? Beach towels would be a nice addition, as it was the only item that left us in a lurch. Host was responsive and there were no surprises. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Beach Vacation

Had a small maintenance issue after arriving, called manager and they had it fixed that same afternoon!Still not sure what the 150 steps in the description is, was a little farther to the beach that that but the private beach access and the public beach access (with shower and waterhose on walkway) was pretty much right across the road.

Lovely Stay So Close to the Beach!

Such a great home with such a great location! Everything in this beautiful home was exactly as pictured and described online. The kitchen was well appointed with anything you would need to prep, cook and enjoy a meal or a bbq on the grill. The beds were cozy with soft linens and plenty of bath towels for all! Having the third bathroom was such a plus! The weather was a bit too hot it sit out on the balcony but we certainly loved the charm of the strung lights and outdoor seating. The walk to the beach was a breeze and having the outdoor shower just outside the entry to the home made coming in with sandy feet so easy to wash up. We loved every minute of our stay in this charming home and would come back again and again. The host was so kind informative and always quick to answer my questions.The area is PERFECT for so many dining options and shopping!! We were truly sad to leave!! (on a side note, our son proposed to his girlfriend during our stay which made out trip even more special) Thank you Anderson family for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!!!

Great beach house

The beach house was great. It’s in a nice area and the beach is really close by. Good places to eat in the area. We will come back and stay there again. There’s a good pizza place near the property entrance.

Spring break getaway

Why they chose this property

We selected our home in the Rosemary Beach area because the beaches are some of the most beautiful either of us have ever seen. The area is ideal for families and romantic getaways. There are numerous restaurants and boutiques within a 5 mile radius. If you are looking for entertainment for the whole family, Panama City Beach has something to offer for everyone.

What makes this property unique

Our favorite part of the home is the coastal cottage feel and the proximity to the beach. We cross the street and have incredible views of the ocean and white sand under our feet.
