Bohold, our family’s luxurious vacation home situated on the mountain heart of paradise. Nestled in “Billionaire’s Row”, Bohold offers breathtaking views that ask you to take a seat, sit back, and enjoy your family vacation in Bohol. Swim in the pool, prepare food in the gourmet kitchen and sleep in the cocoon of fine linens. Just minutes from the seaport, the airport, Tagbilaran City, restaurants, white sand beaches, snorkeling, island hopping and nightlife. Paradise is just a click away!

Starlink internet, solar/battery power backup, 17 stage RO water filtration! Full access of the first and second floor of the home and the pool area. There is an indoor and outdoor kitchen. Full Service Laundry is available at 400 pesos per load (not responsible for damage to clothes).
About the home: This house is designed by renowned architect Jeffrey Borja to take maximum advantage of the amazing views found on Dayo Hill. It offers 3 balconies, and a separate covered patio to maximize the indoor/outdoor living. 5 air conditioners keep the house comfortable year around with backup solar and batteries to minimize the chances of brown-outs. We have a 17 stage Reverse Osmosis water filtration system to deliver incredibly clean and soft water to the showers and sinks. Jeffrey designed the interior to be a blend of modern straight lines with softer wood tones to make it the perfect blend of design and comfort. The linens and towels are all imported from the USA and are very high quality. The bathrooms have bidet toilets and amazing showers. We also have a large jetted tub. This home was recently featured on That Philippines Life Youtube channel. Free Tagbilaran Airport or Tag Seaport is delivery and drop-off is included. Light breakfast is included daily. Beautifull house with stunning views

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Bohold Mayacabac. The way we were welcomed and supported in this beautifull house by Bless was wonderfull. She was there when needed to support us with advise. Next door there was a great place to lunch or have a coffee with daily fresh baked bread. For sure a place to return and to advise to others to stay.

Best part by far, the pool and the view. The home had a beautiful Christmas tree set up in the living room.I do not recommend anyone with health conditions (struggle walking) due to the steep incline when entering exiting the home. A large van will go part way in the drive but guest will have to walk up the hill and meet the driver.We were not informed the breakfast was included during our stay but it was a nice surprise. Zara's Cafe is a 2-minute walk. Zara's cafe is closed on Tuesdays. Zara's hours are 10-7pm. If you like your privacy when swimming in the pool, go before Zara's cafe is open or after they close. The customers will stand and look down at the home/pool. Be sure you have the WhatsApp to communicate with the house management.

Why they chose this property

Bohol is a special place in all of the Philippines. It offers white sand beaches, amazing diving, stunning waterfalls and amazing eco tourism. What really makes it special, though is the warmth of its people, the easy access to a large city seaport and airport. Most of the nice places in the Philippines are either very remote or crowded to the point you can’t hardly walk on the beach without bumping into people. Also, there is a rich history and art culture in Bohol with some of the oldest churches in the Philippines, art and even salt making.

What makes this property unique

The views! You will never get tired of those views. Also, we have large water supply to limit the downtimes. We have a 17 stage Reverse Osmosis water filtration system to keep you safe. We have a large solar system with battery backup to minimize the chance of a brownout. We have Starlink high speed satellite internet. The pool is amazing. The showers are amazing and we have a pressurized water delivery as well. Basically, it is one of the finest homes on the entire Island and it is built to make your vacation comfortable.
