Sage Haven: a modern, newly remodeled home designed to provide you with a peaceful and relaxing get-away. Whether you’re here for the world famous Round-up, Whiskey Fest, a restful retreat with friends or family, work travel, or a family vacation, you will find that this home will serve all your needs.
You'll find plenty of seating in both the living room and kitchen. Each room has its own television and desk for relaxation or a quiet place to work or get ready for the day. The kitchen is fully stocked for the chefs amongst us so no need to pack every item with you! Sage Haven has its own little store in case you forgot an essential item, have a sweet tooth, or are looking for a Pendleton souvenir! Your back yard is fully fenced for little ones or your furry friends to play. A BBQ, fire pit, hot tub, and yard games are provided as well. You also have access to additional shared space for a full gym.
Located at the base of the Blues, you are just minutes from tranquil nature or exciting downtown activities. Additionally, there is a beautiful park just down the hill that is ideal for walking, running, or allowing the kiddos to play.

We pride ourselves on offering a pristine home and strive to keep it immaculate. Please help us do so by not smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, not allowing animals on furniture or bedding, and not allowing children to eat in the bedrooms (see house rules).
Employers booking for employees MUST add employees to the reservations that the host may communicate with them on the Vrbo platform. No employees under the age of 21 may stay at the property if the employer is not staying.

Swimwear required
No children under the age of 18 unless accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older
Rinse off in shower prior to entering the hot tub
None of the following are allowed in the hot tub:
-Food
-Glass
-Alcohol
-Animals
-Sexual activity
-Horseplay
-Jumping/Diving
-Lotions/Oils/Bubbles of any kind
Do not increase the temperature of the hot tub over 104 degrees
Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum (especially if using hot tub after 10 pm)
Make sure that lid is secured and locked after every use
Only use designated hot tub towels outside
Intoxicated individuals may NOT use the hot tub
Do not swallow water
Do not sit or lie on hot tub cover
Pregnant women, those with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, any serious medical conditions, and small children should consult a doctor prior to hot tub use
Report any hot tub concerns to hosts immediately.
Do not use the hot tub if you have diarrhea, open lesions, or any disease transmitted by water.
Enter and exit the hot tub slowly to avoid slips and falls.
Staying in a hot tub too long may cause dizziness, fainting, and nausea. Consider limiting hot tub usage to 15-minute intervals.
IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE VIOLATED, THE HOST MAINTAINES THE RIGHT TO RESCIND USE OF THE HOT TUB AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY BE ACCRUED BY GUEST. No local guests without prior approval from host.

There is a Ring camera located at the front entrance for your added security.

Please do not allow children to eat in the bedrooms.

Absolutely NO glitter or tape on walls or surfaces.

No commercial photography or videography without prior written consent from the host.

Absolutely NO parties or events without prior written approval from host.

No additional guests or visitors without host approval.

We allow well behaved dogs to stay on a case by case basis for a $25 nightly fee PER animal (max 2). Longer term stays will be capped at $250 per dog/per month and must be arranged with the host prior to booking. Animals must be on a leash if not contained within the back yard and may not be left unsupervised outside. All messes (inside and out) are the responsibility of the owner. Please do not allow pets on furniture/beds. A pet bed is offered for your convenience (kept in living room closet). Additional fees will be incurred for any messes left in the yard or damages that may occur on the property (including the additional cleaning required when pets are allowed on bedding). To avoid damages caused by anxious animals, all animals must be kenneled if left unsupervised ( We do offer a kennel if you need one though they are larger).

Failure to comply with the no smoking/vaping will incur a $200 fee.
