Just a short walk to the AZ Gem & Mineral Show, AZ Theatre Company & Tucson Convention Center, The Children's Museum, The Fox & Rialto Theatres, the light-rail streetcar to the University of Arizona and Mercado, and downtown restaurants and nightlife.
