Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return both keys to the lockbox attached to the upper level staircase railing.
If staying Sunday through Monday, please roll trash and recycling bins to the curbside for early morning Monday pick-up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
**Quiet Hours:** No loud noises/music after 9:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in outdoor areas, as sound travels easily.
**Pet Policy:** Include all pets in your reservation so the non-refundable pet fee can be applied for each pet staying. A max of 2 pets is permitted.

Close drive to U of A where my son had his internship at. Grocery shopping, food, cat cafe, & Ross near by. Host was great with any & all communication. Cozy and pretty quiet place to stay with a grill, washer, & dryer. TV in upstairs & downstairs areas as well. Will definitely stay here again if I go to Tucson again

A very nice home. The getting in with all the different locks and codes was a little complicated. The heat didn’t work, but the owner immediately fixed it so very thankful for that. He’s awesome. Overall, a great experience minus the jigsaw puzzle lol would definitely stay here again.

I’m originally from Tucson! I am actually a 4th generation Tucsonan, and I have partial indigenous ancestry with the nearby tribe. I love being able to share the best parts of Tucson to those visiting. Tucson is SUCH an underrated city.

Why they chose this property

We are a 5-minute drive from the University of Arizona and Banner Medical Center! We are approximately one mile from a string of restaurants and coffee shops off of Campbell. The Original Chop Shop, Cartel, Blue Willow, and Nico’s taco shop are some of my favorite spots!

What makes this property unique

The large spacious yard, comfortable mattress, blackout curtains in each bedroom and our desire to support the local community/economy through our purchases really set us apart from the other properties!
