☑ LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION – WE GOT IT!! Nestled between Destin & 30A, Miramar Beach offers the best of both worlds. Coming into town for a Moon Crush concert? Our condo is walkable to the venue and the concert music can be heard from our outdoor balcony!

☑ VIEWS – WE GOT THEM!! Stunning panoramic views from the 16th Floor of the gorgeous Emerald Coast. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony watching dolphins swim by or a glass of wine watching the most incredible sunset.

☑ PRISTINE BEACH – WE GOT IT!! Get some sun and enjoy a dip! It's a short 350yd walk to the sugary white beach where you can take advantage of water activities or spend the day relaxing with a good book.

☑ POOLS – WE GOT THEM!! There are five pools on-site with spacious pool decks, one featuring zero entry access with a kid’s mushroom fountain. One heated seasonally from Jan 30-April 10.

➔ THE CONDO: Recently redecorated with luxe coastal decor, brand new mattresses and ample space to accommodate six guests, you'll experience ultimate comfort throughout your stay.

• The Primary bedroom features a brand new King size bed, fresh bedding and a large smart screen TV.

• There are two bunk beds which have been built into the hallway that feature two full-length twin beds (80in x 35in) with cozy mattresses and bedding. Each are large enough to fit adults comfortably as well.

• The living area offers a comfortable sectional sofa with pull out Queen sized gel-foam mattress, beautifully coordinated coastal decor, and a large smart screen TV. We provide a DVD player with a selection of DVDs (child & adult friendly movie options). There are two extra foldable boho chairs included for extra seating (located in the Primary bathroom's closet).

• One-and-a-half “Jack n Jill” style bathroom is accessible from the main hall and the Primary bedroom...one of which features a relaxing tub/shower combo with rainfall spa shower-head plus a massage mode handheld.

• Full-sized washer and dryer (with a detergent pod) are available in the full bath for added convenience. Iron + ironing board located in Primary bathroom closet.

• The fully equipped kitchen includes updated stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and is completely stocked with pots, pans and dishes for all your cooking needs. Also included, is a Keurig coffee maker with reusable filter (drip & pods options), blender + toaster. The building also includes charcoal grill access in the parking lot for burgers and dogs!

• There are four bar stools for casual dining located at the kitchen breakfast bar. There are also two foldable boho chairs for extra living room seating and a child-sized foldable picnic table located in the Primary bathroom closet (so any little ones have a nice place to eat throughout your stay). Additionally, there is a four person wooden table located on the balcony which is highly recommended for all day patio dining :)
