765 Preston Remodeled Golf Course and Mountain View

This beautiful 2 bedrooms 2 bath, single-story Condo has all the amenities for an enjoyable vacation. The large patio just off the living room and dining room has spectacular views of the mountains and the second hole of the golf course. Enjoy cocktails and dining from your private outdoor dining.

4 guest maximum overnight

There is a large clubhouse with a bar, restaurant, multiple pools, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. (fees apply to the tennis courts and pickleball courts)

Enjoy the pool & spa just steps from your vacation home.

There is a 4-night minimum stay requirement during Coachella and Stagecoach.

Pets may be welcome based submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- dogs only.

Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.

We have 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Honda CR-V, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2019 Mini Convertible, and 2016 Toyota Avalon Hybrid available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

We had a great time and enjoyed the location. It was clean and had all the items we needed for a short stay. The air conditioning worked great even though it was 107 degrees outside. The management was great and communicated well. The description said there was a Keurig coffee machine so I brought my favorite cups. In fact the current machine is an original Nespresso pod machine. No worries though because they had one of my favorite pods to make my favorite iced espresso. We will stay here again.
