Accommodations: Town Home, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 6 Adults and 2 to 4 children), 2 Car Enclosed Garage, Central Heat & Air Conditioning. (Settings for Heat & A/C are Guest Controlled) Pets and Smoking are not allow in the condo.
Renters under 25yrs old must have adult supervision at all times.

The Lodges at Snow Creek is one of Mammoth Lakes premier properties. Come for the long ski seasons, November thru June with record breaking snow fall. Amazing trails for all types of snow sports. Or come in Summer, for endless recreational opportunities like golf, hiking, biking, tennis, motorcycle trails, music concerts,etc.
The Lodges VI Complex is on flat terrain with large trees and natural landscaping for nice walks both summer and winter and easy access to hikes in the Sherwin mountains.

This 2008 square foot town home is beautifully appointed with all the amenities of home. On the top floor you will find a gourmet kitchen with absolutely everything you could possibly need, from your morning coffee to dinner for 10 in the evening. The dining room will comfortably seat 6 and 4 others at the kitchen island. The Great Room Dinning, Kitchen & Living room has beautiful hardwood floors, with accenting area rugs, a gas burning fireplace, 55" in LG Smart OLED TV with DirecTv, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, DVD/CD player and surround sound. Computer Desk and HP Printer for your Laptop or Tablet computer. Off the dinning room, the french doors lead you out to the patio deck where you can unwind, take in the fresh mountain air, and beautiful mountain views. Also on the deck you will find a gas BBQ for your enjoyment as well. Head down the hall past the powder room and you will find the master suite. Relax for the evening in your private master suite with a California Temper-Pedic King bed, private bathroom, a closet and multiple dressers, 55" Samsung LED Smart TV, DVD and DirecTv. The suite has a walk-in shower, double sinks and over size tub.

A second master bedroom suite is located downstairs, with a California Temper-Pedic King bed, private bathroom, a closet and dressers, 42" flat screen Tv, DVD and DirecTv. The suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower and walk in closet. This bedroom is large enough to accommodate two children on guest provided air-mattress.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed and full bathroom with a shower/tub, a closet and dressers, 30" flat screen TV, DVD and DirecTv.

The free laundry is located off the downstairs hall.

Our cleaning service provides, in the kitchen, pump hand soap, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher soap and two hand towels. In bathrooms; pump hand soap, two rolls of t-papers and in all showers a 3 pump dispenser with Body Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner.

They also provide all baths hand towels (Small & Large) and very large Bath towels and bedding. They are all washed between guest using bleach, detergent and hot water. All counters, handles, TV controls, etc. are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.

In the laundry room you will find an Iron board & Iron. Bleach & Tide for your use

The attached two car garage has a work bench & tools, storage racks for all of you ski gear and space for 2 cars, snow shoves, Kids sleds & windshield snow scraper.

Walking Distance to Red Line Bus or the newly remodeled Snow Creek Athletic Club, Featuring a new spa, pools, weight rooms, full basketball court, spa, and restaurant, day Fee NOT Include with rental. Minutes by car to the ski lifts or walk to the shuttle stop on Old Mammoth road. When available, commercial flights to Mammoth Airport 6 miles away.
