Recently fully renovated, this top-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Juniper Springs Lodge combines true ski-in/ski-out convenience with exceptional panoramic views of Mammoth Mountain. Unit 530 is one of the select units in the complex with spectacular ski-mountain views from both the living area and private balcony.

TOP-FLOOR VIEWS + SKI-IN/SKI-OUT LOCATION

Step outside and you're just steps from Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express. After a day on the mountain, come home to a comfortable living room with a stone gas fireplace, large-screen TV and beautiful mountain views, or relax on the private balcony overlooking Juniper Springs and the surrounding mountains.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests:

• Primary bedroom: King bed
• Second bedroom: Twin XL-over-Queen bunk
• Living room: Queen sleeper sofa
• Two full bathrooms

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need for meals at home. High-speed Wi-Fi is included.

SUMMER A/C

For summer stays, the condo has two 10,000 BTU portable A/C units connected to dedicated in-wall vents—one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom. Both the living room and primary bedroom also have high-capacity ceiling fans to help circulate cool air throughout the condo.

These are portable A/C units, not central air conditioning.

We came up to Mammoth for a weekend of skiing and the condo was a perfect location for Eagle lift. It has a great view and was very comfortable and easy to access. Would stay again in the future!

We regret that we were unable to accommodate this guest’s late checkout request. Per our agreement with our cleaning service, checkout is at 10:00 AM unless there is no same-day arrival scheduled. While we always try to be flexible when possible, this timing is necessary to ensure the home is properly prepared for incoming guests. We understand that this may occasionally be disappointing.

Big problem at check in. Description says there are 2 lockboxes on left side door. There were none except one on right side which does not even look like a lockbox. Waited till 4 which was ck in time thinking someone will come up and install as other doors did have lockboxes. Tried contact owner and no reply. Finally my son called owner and got explained the lockbox and code. Tried code and didnt work so called owner and he sent his guy who opened it. He says its difficult and tricky to open. Imagine the stress it put on us and the family upon arrival.

Unfortunately, the HOA changed its lock box requirements, moved the lock boxes, and removed one. That created confusion. Since then, we installed a new lock box and updated the check-in information to reflect it. We have not experienced a problem since.

Perfect Place!

Our stay at Juniper Springs was excellent. The accommodations were perfect. We love being so close to the lifts. The pool and hot tubs were an extra bonus because they were super hot and clean. Staff is very friendly. Can't wait to go back.
