Do Not Book on Vrbo

We showed up with no check in instructions. The grass was completely overgrown and the pool was black. When we got in, it had not been cleaned and bed linens had not been changed. It was also undergoing a remodel. When we finally got a hold of the host, she said she no longer books on Vrbo, and Vrbo should have canceled my reservation. So, this a fraudulent listing at this point and fighting with Vrbo to be refunded. The host has not responded to me after the initial contact. Do not book this property.
