Located at 317 Maple, Same Time Next Year is conveniently located close to Hoover Auditorium, the business district, and the lakefront. Renters have access to two second-floor common area decks, and a common area patio with charcoal grills. There is also a sitting area outside the front door. First bedroom has one queen bed, second bedroom has one single/single bunk bed. This spacious two-bedroom, one and a half bath rental is on the first floor with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Maximum occupancy is 4. No pets allowed.

Great location - close to Hoover and downtown. Space was great for a family with a kids room and adult room, and nice living space. No porch out front but you can use the 2nd floor shared porch. Parking space out front also.
