The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All trash taken to curb weekly on Friday early morning. There is a recycle and separate trash can. All trash must be put in trash bags.
For freezing temperatures the faucets in the kitchen and the bathrooms must be left dripping.
All pet waste is to be cleaned up daily and disposed of properly.
