Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to our home! We do ask guests to be mindful of our supply closet, this is for our cleaners to reset the home after your stay. Do not try to open or access this small closet it does have a keypad lock on it to keep it secure. Please be respectful of this space.

Other Things to Note:
*Booking price includes damage insurance fee to cover up to $1,500.00 in damages done to property.
*Accidental damage protection is included for any damages or accidents, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of accidental damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
*You will be receiving a pre-arrival email link from us to gather your travel information and for you to know and understand our Property Rental Terms and Conditions.

Guests can reach out to us via. the message portion of their Airbnb app. We have a nearly 100% response rate so you should hear back very quickly!
