The house was completely redone as shown in the photos. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. We spent time on the very nice front porch. our main issue was with the check in procedures. I did not receive any until after I arrived. The host thought the property manage was to answer all the questions and send me information. However, I only had the host number. I was finally able to find the lock box, get the code, and keys. Once in the house, there was no information for the internet password. Another call to the host resulted in the property manager finally sending me the check -in information. I never received the clean-up instructions, so we just did what we normally do at other VRBOS we have stayed at. I gave a lower rating on the cleanliness because in the back bedroom there were 4 sticky roach traps in plain view which obviously had not been changed in some time. The house itself is very nice.
