• Gated Brother’s Cove resort; seasonal outdoor pool access typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• The fireplace is available seasonally from October through March. Firewood is not supplied.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
