Wonderful stay! Would highly recommend this property. House was very clean, organized & had everything we needed. Easy check in and check out. Had a few questions and the host responded immediately.
This was a fabulous experience- the cabin is beautiful and the host was so kind. We went to go to a concert at Red Rocks and will be back again next year. Thank you for having us. The entire experience was just wonderful.
Great property! Excellent communication with owner. We went during a very not normal heat wave! The house does not have AC but the host was nice enough to have 2 additional fans delivered. We had a wonderful visit!
Our stay was great. Very nice property and a great location.

Very clean and usable space. Out of town a bit but easy to get where you want to go. Very woodsy. We had great fun watching the hummingbirds and deer in the yard.
We had the best time. The home is beautiful, kitchen was stocked, beds were comfy and there were so many games to play! Loved the decor and whole vibe of the place. The property has great trails, our pup quickly created a perimeter and walked each day up and down to the river. She’s never slept so good! We had a bit of snow on our last day, stayed in and made some food, chilled and it was just what we needed to recoup from a day at Red Rocks! Perfect place to stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Thank you so much for the 10/10 review, JJ! We are so glad you had the best time relaxing, playing games, and recharging after your Red Rocks outing. Hearing that your pup loved patrolling the trails down to the river (and slept like a rock afterward!) made our day. A cozy snow day inside sounds like the perfect end to the trip. We would love to welcome you all (and your sweet pup) back anytime!
The best property I have stayed at, by far! The Home was spotless and had the coolest décor and we had great communication with the owners of the property, which was helpful. The location was also amazing, close to red-rock but also close enough for tons of trails within a couple of miles.
This place was absolutely fantastic. We loved everything about it—the home was spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, and furnished with high-quality amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. Our group of four (two married couples) was in town for a weekend of concerts at Red Rocks, and this house couldn't have been a better fit. It's only about 15 minutes from the venue, yet it feels completely secluded, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The highlight for us was the private deck tucked a few hundred feet up the mountainside behind the house. We spent an afternoon there playing our acoustic guitars among the trees while taking in the spectacular views. It was a truly memorable experience and something we'll always associate with this trip.If we're fortunate enough to make it back to Red Rocks for another concert, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend this property.

Thank you so much for the 10/10 review! We loved hosting your group and are so happy you enjoyed the proximity to Red Rocks and the peace of the mountain deck. Playing music up there sounds like an amazing memory! You’re welcome back anytime!
The house was amazing! Plenty of space for four adults. Great location to Red Rocks, St Mary’s Glacier, and Waterton Canyon. Hosts were personable. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Thank you so much Shawna! Your group was great. Come back anytime.
We absolutely loved staying at the Black Fox Lodge, great home and location. We went to shows at Red Rocks and met up with friends to visit Morrison. Great location with beautiful views and excellent decor! Loved the hiking trails and scenic lookout point with table and chairs. Hosts were very responsive and easy to contact, we’ll be back. Thanks for the great stay!
We are experiencing high heat advisories and the lack of AC was rough. While it did cool down outside at night, it didn't cool down inside. In early summer or the fall, it probably isn't an issue. That said, the place is very cute and well appointed.
My husband, MIL, 2 dogs & I enjoyed our time thoroughly. This home is the perfect location to be in the mountains & close to so many places! We caught 2 shows at Red Rocks, visited many towns/ mountains/ bodies of water in the area.We walked the private trails daily with our dogs. The creek below & platform at the top were majestic night & day.Played some of the games when it rained, used the well stocked kitchen to make meals.Everything was great! Comfy beds/ linens.
This was an amazing stay! The property had everything we needed and more. We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks, and the location was incredibly accessible. We had plenty of plans for the day, but we enjoyed the property and the cool weather among the pines so much that we ended up spending most of our time just relaxing there. That’s how much we loved it! We will definitely be back. The host was also wonderful and communicated very well throughout our stay.
We love, love, love the Black Fox Lodge, this is our second time staying. Wildlife, close to Morrison and Red Rocks, beautiful location, great host, and amazing art/posters! We’ll be back!
