Lazy Daze Lodge is a brand new luxury 4 bedroom cabin featuring its own home theater room with 9 foot theater screen and 6 reclining leather theater seats. The wide open great room features 25 feet from peak to floor with plenty of fixed glass to enjoy the view of the outdoors. End your day in Gatlinburg with a relaxing sauna in the cedar lined sauna room or perhaps grill out with your own stainless steel gas grill. 4 Bedroom, 4.5 baths, 3 Jacuzzi tubs, pool table, hot tub on the deck and plenty of space in the game room for kids or loft upstairs.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. More than anything, the customer service was excellent. It was prompt and incredibly courteous. You could tell the house was cleaned and the property was beautiful. My family enjoyed the theater room. I had never really watched a movie in one before. I didn't realize what a bonding experience it could be. Thankful for the opportunity. We also loved the game room with pool and fooseball. Our favorite spot was the porch with the rocking chairs. Lots of time spent out there. It was a great vacation. There were some small issues. One of the bunk beds looked like it was made but it was missing sheets. It also had crumbs all over it. We didn't discover that until late that first night. When I contacted the office they were ready to run a set over to our place but we used a spare set from another room. Also, the hot tub was running when we first got there, but when we went to use it the next day it wasn't. They had a tech out there within a short amount of time and texted us every step of the way. After two visits they couldn't get it fixed so they gave us a compensation. Not a perfect experience but that's how life goes. The owners showed great care in fixing the hiccups.

I arrived on Thursday, 07/09/2026 and departed on Sunday, 07/12/2026. Unfortunately, the accommodation did not meet the standard described in the listening. The overall experience was far below what was advertised and expected, and several issues made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing.Upon arrival at 5:30pm staff did not complete cleaning up and we had to wait. After a long drive that consisted of 12 hours me and my family were exhausted. All we wanted to do was rest, but we could not because they were still cleaning up. We did not make a big deal about it because again we were tired, but after walking into the cabin we realized that our stay was not going to be a comfortable one. There was a weird odor in the cabin that we just could not get rid of, and we had no idea where it was coming from. We sprayed Lysol and it did nothing to help so we just delt with it.While the location and setting were lovely, the condition of the furniture made the stay very uncomfortable. Several pieces were extremely old, worn, and not functional, which affected our ability to relax and enjoy space. The overall cleanliness was not the best. We had to go behind staff and clean what we could without having the right tools to do it with. We washed the sheets and still did not feel comfortable. After washing the sheets, we put them in the dryer and the dryer stopped working. We had to call the office, but no one could come until the following day. It really broke my heart because me and my family were there for a family reunion and we did not enjoy our stay. Just about everyone was always so tired because we could not relax while staying there. Given the price and expectations set by the listing, the condition of the furniture was disappointing. I believe updating the furniture would greatly enhance the guest experience.The level of dis

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin had plenty of space for 3 families that filled it. We were very happy woth the amenities overall. There were a few issues such as some of the furniture having torn cushions, missing pool ball, but minor in the grand scheme of things. I would recommend this cabin for any family looking to get away.
