Marsh Views, Pet Friendly, On the Canal - 168 Beach Club Villa

Enjoy amazing marsh views from your private, screened porch or the primary bedroom.  This island villa, located center-island, is the perfect spot to relax and unwind.  Walk to the beach, the Sandbar and the Beach Club, just across the street.  And this island getaway is pet friendly, so bring your furbaby with you!

This 3rd floor property has a lovely open floor plan for gatherings with family and friends.  The brightly colored décor is cheery and comfortable.  Plenty of seating is available in the living room and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for family meals.

The primary king bedroom has a full ensuite along with balcony access and great marsh views.  A second guest room offers a queen bed and there is a queen sleeper in the living room. 

A 4 seat gas golf cart is included with your rental.

Fripp Island, a designated wildlife sanctuary, is home to numerous whitetail deer and other fascinating wildlife. You are sure to spot them as you explore the island.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. We love coming to Fripp Island and have rented a wide variety of places - both condos and homes. This third story condo had many nice features including a great view of the marsh, comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom, a golf cart that came with the rental and being pet friendly.However, there were a few disappointing things. Mainly, the cleanliness of the two sofas in the living room and the badly mildewed furniture and cushions on the porch. Because this is where we'd hoped to spend time (enjoying the view at sunset or coffee time) we were disappointed that the places to sit were not especially clean.A few other minor details (batteries in remote not working and light bulbs out), but a good spring cleaning and checking operational items would be helpful for upcoming renters.That being said, the location of the condo is really great, just walk across the street and you are at the beach. That part was especially nice.

We loved the welcoming and colorful decor. The screened in porch with the rockers was a real plus. We even saw an alligator swimming in the water below. The view was great. It was so much fun to have use of a golf cart to explore the island and to see so many deer and birds. We were right across the street from access to the beach which was very convenient. The only thing that we will mention is that there were quite a few stairs to the 3rd floor condo. This was not a problem for us but for someone with physical limitations, it would be an issue.
