Consider this studio your home away from home while you visit the BEAUTIFUL Central Coast. This cool and pleasant space features 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a cozy living room with a couch that can sleep an additional guest(s). The Living room and bedroom are equipped with 50-inch TV's connected to the Wi-Fi for YouTube etc. Enjoy the convenience of a shower, hair dryer, iron, and Wi-Fi during your stay. The unit you will be staying in is equipped with a full kitchen. The unit is also equipped with a heater for cold nights and fans in the living room and bedroom if it were to get hot. The bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet as well as a large dresser. If you're wanting to get away to relax from the big city you can enjoy the day at the property and BBQ at the park across the street. Enjoy your days by going on a peaceful walk around the neighborhood or take a drive down Hwy 1 to unwind at the Sycamore Hot Springs in Avila Beach.

This unit is an ADU converted garage attached to the main home. Our main home is not only our home, but our Micro Home Enterprise Kitchen approved by Santa Barabara County to sell hot foods. The award-winning MexiForno specializes in Wood Fired Pizza which you can order during your stay. Check out our Instagram or Website www.mexiforno.com

We are looking forward to hosting you and sharing many local eateries, wineries, and shopping. We also have a 2024 Tesla on Turo that you can book to get around. We can also pick you up from San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria or Santa Barbara Airport for an extra fee.

Convenient affordable Pacific Highway stop, slightly off the beaten track

A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). That said we had a peaceful and reasonably comfortable night. This is a small very new and quite well-equipped apartment, an annex to a house in a modern subdivision. Bring your own consumables (shampoo and shower gel provided). Small town shops and restaurants nearby and a useful laundromat, most close by around 8pm.Good value and I would stay again if passing.
