We also provided a minimum of 10 towels for a group of five guests staying for two days, which we believe was more than sufficient. Regarding the kitchen supplies, both kitchens were fully stocked with silverware and essentials, with enough available to accommodate even larger groups of 10 to 15 people. the home contains three TVs two located in the sitting rooms and one in the master bedroom not one as stated in your review. The property also has two active Wi-Fi connections, one upstairs and one downstairs. We also accommodated your request for an early check-in on Friday. The garbage you saw outside was due to the city’s scheduled garbage collection day, and the bins had not yet been picked up at the time of your arrival. Most importantly, many of the issues mentioned were either already available in the home or could have been resolved quickly if they had been brought to our attention during your stay. We work hard to provide a comfortable experience for all our guests, including purchasing a brand-new refrigerator costing over $1,700 prior to your arrival to improve the overall guest experience.
