Welcome to a Buffalo Dreamin' centrally located in the Chandlerville neighborhood in the City of Buffalo. After staying in Airbnb's worldwide I'm grateful to welcome you into the bright, beautiful apartment on the 2nd level of my home.

Original hardwoods, spacious, cozy, well decorated. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare food. Shared front porch. High speed internet and thoughtful touches. Canna friendly *No smoking indoors*

ABOUT MY PROPERTY:

Buffalo Dream is a newly renovated, 125 year old house beautiful hardwood floors. You'll have the entire apartment to yourselves.

The apartment is spacious, cozy, and decorated to inspired your senses - beautiful art and textures.

-Bedroom has a Queen sized bed
-There is a Full sized blow up mattress available as needed and a couch that could sleep a smaller bodied person

This is a culturally rich city/urban neighborhood central to great restaurants, multiple neighborhoods to explore, 5 min from the 198 and 190 highways, 3 minutes from Wegmans super market, 5-10 minutes from The AKG Museum, The Japanese gardens, Delaware Park, multiple waterfront parks, Tappo Day Club with an outdoor pool, restaurants, bars, museums and so much more!!

20 minutes from Niagara Falls
10 minutes to downtown

There is also a shared front porch and backyard you have access to.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
O Wash all dirty dishes and leave in dishwasher to dry or run the dishwasher if it's full of dirty dishes o Leave Bed unmade o Leave wet towels hanging in the bathroom
O Take out your garbage (please discard any takeout food) and recycling – garbage bins are outside behind the driveway. Blue is for garbage and Green is for recycling
O Thank you for leaving my home clean and tidy like you found it :)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please don't wear your shoes in the house. Bring 'house shoes ' or slippers if you prefer to have shoes on while in the house :)
Quiet time between 10pm - 8am Please be mindful of the volume of your voice and footsteps and be respectful of the neighbors and guests downstairs!
No smoking of any kind in the house. You're welcome to smoke cannabis on the front porch or in the backyard. No cigarette smoking on property.

We very much enjoyed staying in this cheerful and charming apartment which nicely reflects its owner’s warmth. We found it comfortable and convenient- especially well situated within walking distance to a great supermarket. And Laura was very friendly and helpful.

Charming place; responsive host

This lovely, comfy upstairs unit was a perfect place for a short stay while visiting family. While the street had some pretty strict parking policies, we never had issues with finding a space close to the house. It's located in Black Rock, which is close to museums, parks, coffee shops, shopping, etc. The host was quick to respond whenever I had a question.
