Overnight stays for wedding

My family stayed there for my granddaughter's wedding nearby. My brother and nephew said everything was fine. They only went to sleep as they were with me at my house the rest of the time.

Mazhar was great in answering any questions we had quickly! Check in was easy and having off-street parking was great. The updated kitchen and bathroom were nice. The house itself is older and outside stairs/driveway could use a little update repair. Beds were very comfortable. Individual AC units in bedrooms and common living area worked well. Overall, a great stay.

Great place

We stayed at this clean house from August 18 -20, 2023. The house was clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. I will recommend this property to my friends.

Came up from Virginia to watch a Bills game with family and friends, and decided to look into a Vrbo instead of getting 2 hotel rooms. Glad I did! This property worked well for what we needed it for, a nice warm place to unwind and eventually sleep. We didnt cook or use the kitchen but it was there and available, not sure how stocked it was cooking supplies wise because we didnt check. Bathroom and shower worked great, no issues with heating the house either. I will say if you have never been to Buffalo and are not familiar with houses in the city, I could see a renter expecting more and possibly leaving a bad review. This house is on the nicer end of the spectrum of Buffalo living. Plus the house is in a great location with plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. But the best part about Buffalo is everything is with in a 15 minute car ride in any direction.

Disappointment

My stay at the property could have been better but I was happy to have somewhere to stay for the five day. my twins daughters graduated from college. The floors squeaked, the linens were not the best neither was the mattresses and not a good supply of hot water. On the four night of our stay the temperature dropped and the heat came on for a short time but not enough to warm the house. The stove was not modern and the oven didn’t work. The property is not what was advertised on the site as a renovated apartment was expecting some place more modern.

We have recently renovated entire unit including new kitchen and new wash room with new paint, new mattresses & linen and so on. To control heating, thermostat is in the living room which you can adjust as per your needs. There is no issues with hot water as well only you have to adjust as per your desired temperature.
