Condo exactly as described. We had a great stay! Will book again with this company. Clean, right on the ocean, elevator, multiple pools, and nice area.
The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots/pans. The ocean view was beautiful and beach access was very easy. The owner was very prompt in responding to my messages.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Overall the stay met our needs. The property wasn’t entirely clean when we arrived. The door to the deck didn’t lock and the main door didn’t latch without the deadbolt engaged. The bedrooms and bathrooms were prepped nicely, and the views/access to the ocean were amazing. Communication was reasonable the first day or two, but then there was no response after that. The check out message was sent to us without any acknowledgment of prior messages sent by us. We would stay at the Ocean Dunes complex again, but not likely in this unit/with this host.
Great location. Clear quick communication and check in process. The only thing we were sad about were the sharp rocks and limited beach. It seems Kure beach is washing away. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We loved it.
The property was a 15 minute walk to the Fort Fisher State Historic Site. The host was attentive and provided detailed information which made it helpful to navigate the check-in and check-out process. Although the unit was clean, there was an overwhelming odor when we first entered the unit. Cleaning supplies and maybe a prior stay that cooked seafood in the unit? It was hard to get past and required us to turn on all the fans and sit outside for a while.
