Located just south of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and a short stroll from the famous Ocean Grill Tiki Bar and Carolina Beach Greenway, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the Salty Hammocks complex is in the perfect location to relax and unwind.

Almost everything is new and the unit is meticulously maintained. The main bedroom, main deck, and living area all have views of the ocean and private pool! The main bedroom has a king bed and adjoining full bathroom complete with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a twin & full mattress bunk arrangement with its own private balcony for viewing sunsets.

The top floor offers excellent views! The ocean facing deck is larger than most condos and it is covered which is a rare find for top floor units. This is crucial after a hot day on the beach or when it is raining and you still want to sit outside and watch the waves.

The kitchen boasts ample counter space, microwave, Keurig Duo coffee maker and seating for 7. A third private balcony off the kitchen lets in more natural light. The kitchen opens up to the main living space so you are never far away from family and friends. The sofa in the main living space pulls out to a queen size bed to accommodate more guests.

The unit is well stocked with pantry/kitchen items, soaps, shampoos, starter pack of TP/paper towels, and plenty of other cool extras including beach gear (beach cart, 4 adult chairs, 2 kids chairs, beach canopy tent, body boards, paddle ball and bocce ball), Google Home Mini for music/questions/weather, smart TVs in every room w/ cable subscription/Spectrum App, white noise machines in both bedrooms, charging station for phones/ipads, books, DVDs, puzzles, board games, toys, coloring supplies and more!

*OCCUPANCY: Our property is great for families and small groups of responsible adults. Max occupancy is 6. We do not allow parties. We have neighbors who live in the facility and the expectation is that our renters will respect our place and our neighbors.

High Tides, Good Vibes

This was my first time at CB. The beaches were beautiful and the weather was great - except for one day! The condo was very clean and stocked well. The decor was well thought out during the renovation. The beds were comfortable. The condo is on top floor and does not have an elevator. I was ok with that; but if someone has mobility issues it may be a concern. Check in /out process was easy and very informative. The host was responsive. I’d love to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Avid beach lovers, they always dreamed of having a place on the coast where they could enjoy family time away from their busy lives in the city. There is nothing better than a beautiful ocean view and toes in the sand surrounded by the people you love the most. We hope you enjoy this slice of paradise.

Why they chose this property

Carolina Beach is a great family friendly beach suitable for small children with its extended shallow wave break zone. It is also attractive to surfers due to moderate swells that occur a bit further out. With close proximity to Wilmington, upscale shopping, dining, and historic tours are only 20 minutes away. Locally, Carolina Beach offers Freeman Park where you can drive your 4-wheel drive vehicle onto the beach. Kure Beach is close by as well with more dining options. Masonboro Island is close by for shell seekers. Fort Fisher is only 10 minutes away - where you can go to the NC Aquarium and the historic battlegrounds. The North Pier is walking distance and a bike lane is available on street side. The Boardwalk and Britt's donuts are located approximately 1 mile from this home. Carolina Beach has unique shops, great restaurants, and local scuba diving, jet ski rentals, surfing lessons and fishing tours.

What makes this property unique

This condo is located on the third floor which is the top floor of the building. There is minimal noise from others in the complex as well as spectacular views of the ocean. The private pool and private beach access are directly in front of the building. When you reach the bottom of the steps, the pool and beach access are only a few feet in front of you. The property has 3 decks with big sliding glass doors (1 on front, 2 on back). Not only does this offer multiple outdoor hang out options but it lets in tons of light and provides views of both sunrise and sunset.
