Thank you for the review Rachel! We enjoyed hosting you and look forward to your next stay!
Perfect for our bachelorette stay! Close enough to walk or drive for our planned activities. Enough beds for all in attendance. Will definitely book again!
We enjoyed our stay! The house is a perfect location for Northwoods bike trails and downtown hot springs. The backyard is secure enough to store bikes. The bathrooms are small, however it was nice to have two bathrooms. The location can’t be beat!
Visited Hot Springs with girlfriends and stayed in this lovely and fun cottage. It was meticulously clean, the beds were so comfortable with nice linens, and the decor was fun and beautiful. The only drawback are the steep steps leading up to the house. We will definitely be back!
This house was so beautifully decorated and the perfect setup for our group! It was perfectly located just off of the main historic downtown Hot Springs area. The house is old and had some issues with the A/C reaching the back portion of the house, but the hosts provided a fan that helped pull the air back to the back bedroom. We truly felt at home for our stay and would love to come back!
Walking distance to downtown was great! Easy to go back and forth for breakfast, evening stroll and dinner.
We all enjoyed the fun and retro features of the house. Modern conveniences too. There is very limited counter space in the bathrooms, so just be aware of that.
Would love to stay again!
We were staying in Hot Springs to celebrate our daughter's 16 birthday. The location of the house was perfect for girls wanting to shop. It is close and convenient to all things Hot Springs! We loved the homes beautiful mix of old style architecture and decore paired with modern amenities. Would definitely recommend for families with older children.
This house is decorated creatively: elegant and eclectic. Our granddaughters ages 9 and 12 were enthralled with the room they chose. The kitchen was set up nicely. The beds were comfy. The hosts responded promptly when we reached out. Great stay!
The house is clean, safe and private. Neighborhood is quiet. Private back porch area with seating. Loved the decor and lighting. Fire pit and bbq grill ready to go. Location is prime. Finding Josie was a added surprise...we loved our stay. Thanks again.
This place is too cute! Every little detail of decoration is perfect! This is a charming old house with all the modern comforts. The showers are primo! The beds are all comfortable. Nice well-stocked kitchen. Easy access and parking and close to bathhouse row and the racetrack. Just a gem of a place to stay and host was very sweet and quick to respond. Would love to stay here again! Highly recommend!
The house overall has been beautifully redone and modernized. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown. The beds were as listed and comfy. The entire plaza was probably one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Three reasons that made it not so 5 star was the dinner booth is a tight fit even for smaller people, the window room was so hot due to no ac, and the back yard space/seating has not been up kept and it wasn’t quite practical for enjoying the patio.
Perfect place to stay! Why? Bath house row is only a few minutes walk away. The interior is welcoming and boasts interior designs from the Queen Ann era to the rocking 50’s diner retro era! It has great outdoor sitting spaces in the back and on the front porch swing. The hosts are quick to respond to any questions or requests. We could go on, but I think you get the idea that it’s a cool place to stay in Hot Springs! 🤗
My sisters and I stayed the weekend for our birthdays.
It was great. Me and my sisters stayed to celebrate our birthdays together. My older sister doesn't really like older homes and was nervous about it at first (I think she thought a ghost would get us!). She quickly fell in love with it. The owners were very sweet and tried to be so accommodating.

Great old house close to hot springs
It was ok. The back bedroom was almost unbearable for my 2 girls. Just couldnt get the room to cool off. But the location to downtown hot springs was within walking distance which was a huge plus. The house reminded me of staying with a cool old aunt or grandmother😊

Kelli,
Thank you for sharing your feedback about the back bedroom. We have added a space heater / fan combo in that room to help regulate the temperature better. The Queen Anne Cottage is over 100 years old and has a few quirks, and we sincerely appreciate your feedback so that we know how to improve your next stay!

This home is a Very charming and perfectly clean historic cottage very near to Bath House Row. We spent the holiday weekend here with our adultish kids (age 14-21). We had a lovely weekend exploring Hot Springs and chilling out together in the lovely courtyard behind the house. The owner was very responsive. The check in and out process was seamless. I really appreciated the security system which was easy to use and provided keyless access. We have absolutely no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and this home. We would certainly recommend this rental for anyone looking for charming and historic accommodations close to downtown Hot Springs.
