Absolutely perfect for families or groups, this retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, providing an ideal setting for a memorable seaside escape. - This home will sleep up to 10 with the use of the murphy bed -Guests will have full access to the home, and the home is stocked with all the essentials - 3 bed, 3 bath -Keyless entry -3 min walk to the beach- clearwater Beach only being a 12 min drive.

We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests. We do not guarantee what will be there
Dogs are welcome if under 20lbs. There is a $150 pet fee per dog.

-Property is monitored by a ring camera at the entrance at the front porch and another camera on the northwest corner looking to the front yard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.

A home that has it all

This place is the perfect house for all to stay. There is so much to offer you don’t even have to leave the house. The use of the paddle boards and kayaks in the bay was awesome with dolphins right in your own backyard. The pool was great to relax in and being able to use the fire pit at night was perfect. The beach is a short walk up the street and there are plenty of places to eat and shop. We look forward to returning again.
