It was the prefect place for our tour of the Keweenaw Peninsula. The apartment was newly built and well made with updated appliances, furnace and fireplace. The fenced in area was perfect for the dogs. The neighborhood was extremely peaceful and close to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again next year!
The accommodations were perfect and the location was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anymore. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. When/if we make it back up to Houghton, we will absolutely stay here again!
Exactly what I wanted. Close to Tech campus (where I went) and downtown. Day trips to the Porkies and Copper Harbor were perfect. Weather was perfect and town and surrounding areas were not overrun with people. The small fenced yard was perfect for my dog. A great job was done on converting the property. Added benefit was the big house was empty for my entire stay.
Space was clean and perfect for our stay. The only issue was getting the door code later than my arrival/check-in time. I had to call and email to get the code, so I was a little concerned at first, but we enjoyed our stay and the rest of the weekend went perfectly!
We were in Houghton for a university event. The house is nicely situated between the school and town. Easy walk to either. We were a little worried at first because the house is surrounded by Greek houses and we were there on a weekend but I can honestly say that we didn’t hear a peep from outside. Loved the fireplace. Such a cozy little place.
