Tucked right up to the edge of our 4-variety wine grape working vineyard, you'll immerse yourself in tranquility, peace, and nature's beauty while you dine, sip on your favorite beverage, and linger on your private covered patio with a 220 plus degree view of the lush farmlands and valley below. Right in the heart of world renowned Washington wine country, this gorgeous home is nestled in a super quiet neighborhood, surrounded by large grounds. Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets are common treats to enjoy right from your front yard. In a word . . . . Peaceful!


The Space

An official "GUEST FAVORITE!" Rated TOP 5% of vacation homes! Our gorgeous 1700sf plus home was architecturally designed and built in 2020 to be specifically well suited to shorter-term guests stays! With two matching, spacious King Bed Master Suites (each with cozy, real fireplaces and private en-suite baths) nobody ever needs to argue over who gets the best bedroom!

The spacious, gourmet, open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room combine to offer plenty of open space framed by a floor-to-ceiling view of our 47 row vineyard and valley that is truly breathtaking!

Outside, there awaits lots of lawn areas for outdoor games (which we provide, of course!) along with delightful outdoor dining spaces.

Away from City Lights, the night sky offers a spectacular sight to experience some premiere stargazing!

This is absolutely a gem that is extremely well suited for building lifelong, wonderful memories with friends or even when flying solo!

A perfect stay

This house was the perfect place to base a trip to Yakima out of. An easy, short drive from downtown (even in light snow), close to vineyards, and having a beautiful view of the valley.The host was also extremely responsive when we ran into very minor, understandable issues. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Stunning views and wonderful Host

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful vacation rental in Yakima. The views were absolutely stunning—sunrises and sunsets you won’t want to miss. The home was spotless and thoughtfully stocked, especially the pantry which had everything we needed and more. What truly made our stay special were our hosts, Bob and Stacia. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, sharing their warm hospitality and wonderful stories that gave the place a personal touch. We’re so grateful for the experience and can’t wait to come back!

Why they chose this property

Vineyard View is nestled right next to our Wine Grape Vineyard where we grow 4 varieties of wine grapes. The views from the house and grounds are simply spectacular. We rarely see vehicle traffic even though there is a territorial view of over 200 degrees! We are IN THE COUNTRY! Horses live right next door and Vineyard View is surrounded by beautiful orchards and vineyards. Truly total peace and relaxation!

What makes this property unique

Huge, beautiful grounds surround vineyard View with spectacular sweeping views! Vineyard View was architecturally designed (built in 2020) specifically to serve the needs of the short-term vacation rental guest traveler. It offers two matching KING Bedroom suites so traveling with friends never results in the battle for the best bedroom! Zero sound of city traffic or undesirable noises. Only the sound of birds, occasional horse whinnies, and a chicken or three! We're talking out in the country yet only about 20 minutes to downtown Yakima and all it has to offer!
