**PETS PROHIBITED**
The name says it all: This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has a spectacular view of the famous KT22 run at Palisades Tahoe! Just a half a mile from the Palisades tram, it's a quick walk to the slopes, but if you prefer door-to-door car service, the Mountaineer shuttle is available and easy to use. KT22 View comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
Enter into the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The fully-equipped kitchen provides a gas stove, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and all the basics to prepare and serve meals. Dining table seats 8. The living room features that amazing view, craftsman-style furnishings, and a woodstove to keep you cozy on chilly nights. Please note: Since the views and "unplugging" are the focus at this home, there is no television in the living room, but there's a comfy TV nook in one of the bedrooms. (Current photos don't show this -- new photos coming soon.)
Just off the living room, a large deck features outdoor dining furniture and a gas BBQ grill (available in summer only).
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the mid-level of the house. Up a half-flight of stairs from the entry area, to the left is a bedroom with a Queen bed, a small desk, and knotty pine paneling. To the right is the bunkroom with a Queen bed and a set of Twin bunk beds, en-suite bathroom, and TV nook with built-in couches. A full bathroom and laundry facilities are located in the hallway on this level.
Upstairs, on the top level of the home, a spacious sitting area outside the primary bedroom provides a quiet space for work, yoga, reading, or just soaking in the view. The bedroom offers a King bed and, once again, fantastic Olympic Valley views. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks and a large, combination shower and jetted bathtub.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Leave any fireplace ashes IN the fireplace (if applicable)
• Do not make any beds
• Start your last set of dishes in the dishwasher
• Collect all trash and dispose of it in the bear-proof bin or dumpster outside
Do NOT leave the key in bear-proof bin door
Let us know if the bear-proof bin is too full to put all your trash inside
• Turn thermostat down to 55 (do not turn off!)
• Turn lights off, secure and lock all doors and windows
• Turn on electric Bear Fencing (if applicable)
• Return keys to HRG Lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
