Just 3 miles (7 min drive) from Memorial Stadium & Clemson University’s campus, & 6 miles (10 min drive) to downtown Seneca. There are 3 queen beds & 1 king bed. The living area has a 65” smart TV, each bedroom has a smart TV, the kitchen is fully equipped, & the porch is the perfect place to sip your coffee or wine. Enjoy the lake or the pool, too!

The location was great and the house was very nice and perfect for a larger group of folks. While we didn't use the amenities they would be an added benefit in warmer months. Close to both Clemson and downtown Seneca.

Everything was exactly as described. Unit was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was nice that each bedroom is ensuite. Having a gym was a nice amenity. Very close to Clemson which makes it a perfect spot for a game weekend trip! Amelia the host was very quick to get back to us with a few questions - all around great stay.

I am a full time interior designer with my own firm, and an artist! I enjoy spending time with my friends, attending Clemson football games, trying out new restaurants, creating artwork, and designing my client's homes! I love being a host because I love being able to show off this beautiful area of South Carolina. It is so lovely to be able to host people coming in to enjoy a sporting event, a lake weekend, or just a quiet getaway!
