Tranquil Lakefront Setting near Clemson SC with Private, Covered Dock

Located on beautiful Lake Keowee in Seneca, South Carolina. This peaceful, relaxing home is your ideal vacation getaway and just 30 feet from the water. Gentle, sloping walk makes your trips to the water edge easy.

Our home features 3 Bedrooms (1K,2Q), 2 Full Baths, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Dining Room, Living Room, Large Porch overlooking our Covered Boat Dock and the Lake.

We have Internet, WiFi, Spectrum TV, 4 Smart TV's.

If you choose to bring or rent (nearby) a boat or jet ski you can easily tie up at our (private) Covered Dock and/or Beach Area, both great for swimming.

You will find the Large Covered Porch with Gas Grill, Table (seats 6), plus additional chairs/side tables makes for a great place for family to hang out, play games and create wonderful memories while enjoying the lake. Whether you enjoy eating on the covered porch, or snack down at the picnic table under shady trees, you will enjoy the emerald, green waters of Lake Keowee. Lake Keowee was voted one of the cleanest lakes in the southeast!

The kitchen and dining room area are designed with an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed with convenience in mind and flows ever so easy into the large living room area.

The most convenient boat ramp to load your boat/PWC is only a couple of miles from our home at High Falls County Park.

Lake Keowee offers 18,500 acres of emerald green waters, and beautiful waterfalls. There are several Golf Courses in the area as well as nice restaurants, cinemas and of course... Clemson Tiger Football! Located just a short drive to breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

New for 2021: freshly re-painted interior of the entire house, new dishwasher, new washing machine & new cookware.

NO SMOKING! NO PETS! NO EXCEPTIONS.

There is a 3% Credit Card fee that VRBO deducts from deposit at end of rental before deposit returned.

We had a great weekend here! The pictures make the house look much older than it actually is, so we were pleasantly surprised to find it much brighter and nicer in person. The beds were comfy everything was very clean. We did bring our boat and the closest boat ramp is 10 minutes by car and about a 5 minute boat ride. We will definitely try and plan around the houses availability for our next trip!

We loved our stay. The house was super clean, and the check in and check out process was so easy. Even the beds were comfortable. We brought our boat and jet skis so having use of the dock made this stay even better. I was sad to see it was for sale because I would definitely stay here again.

This cottage is a great place to enjoy the lake. While not as large or fancy as the McMansions you typically find on Lake Keowee, this home has what they lack, location. Its location makes it a true gem.The house is near the water and overlooks a quiet cove. It is an easy walk to the onsite beach, and covered dock. Many of the properties on Lake Keowee require dozens, if not hundreds of stairs to get to. There is a large upper parking area (50 feet from the house) that is easy to park boat trailers in, along with a parking space a few steps from the door. Since this property is accessed from about the middle of Keowee school road, you have easy access to Seneca in one direction (Walmart, HD, & Lowes) and West Union. If you need something quickly, it's just a few minutes to Keowee school bait shop. It is really easy to get to, and like I said above, parking a boat trailer here is a joy compared to many other locations on the lake.Its location on the lake is perfect. Straight across the lake from the Lighthouse restaurant and cabana club. It is far enough away that these places don't bother you, but they are only a short boat ride (about three minutes) so you can simply pop over for a meal or beverage. Both main marinas are about a 20-minutes by boat away. With Keowee Marina and the Tiki Hut to the south and Sunset marina to the north.High Falls Park and their boat ramp is about 5 minutes by boat and 10 min. by carThe owner is quick with communications.A great place

Wonderful relaxing stay

Nice, relaxing stay. We did not need to go anywhere, had everything we needed. We brought out kayaks, and had a nice beach area to launch them. House was nice, and clean. Porch was big, with a nice gas grill.

Why they chose this property

Our home (with dock and swimming area) is located in a beautiful cove in a great area of Lake Keowee. It's a short trip (about 5 miles) to Seneca, if you need supplies, or want to go out to eat. Beautiful azaleas enhance the property in the springtime.
