The Space:

Crystal Bay and Moon Dunes Beach are both less than 1.5 miles away. During the winter, skiers and snowboarders will love being only 7.5 miles away from Diamond Peak Ski Resort and 8.5 miles away from Northstar Ski Resort. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping are all just minutes away into town. This Kings Beach vacation home features a cozy interior, lakefront view, and HOA access to the lakefront swimming pool and tennis courts. Please note these amenities are controlled and maintained by the HOA, not Grand Welcome.



Entering inside the home, an open floor plan welcomes you inside. The elegant living room is furnished with comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (with streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu). WIFI is also provided for your convenience.



Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island. Smaller kitchen appliances provided include a blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and wineware. Gather at the dining table with seating for 6 to eat a home cooked meal with your loved ones. Alternatively dine alfresco on the lakefront balcony. The balcony is clad with a gas BBQ - perfect for grilling up a juicy steak, and a patio table set for 4. Sip on a glass of your favorite vino while watching a breathtaking sunset over the lake.

Note: Kayaks and paddleboards on-site are not accessible for guest use. However, there is a boat rental shop just down the road for rental needs!

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $90.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.

The view of the lake couldn’t have been much better from the back deck. Having the lake just a few steps off the deck was a dream. Loved the steam room feature in the master bath. The comforter and bed were very cozy in the master bedroom. The pool and sauna and dock were great additions as well. I’d 100/% come back.

We love Brockway

Great property for a group. We loved sitting on the deck looking directly at the lake. Brockway has everything you need for a fun family stay in Tahoe. This unit had everything we needed for cooking family meals and relaxing.

This is a great property with a beautiful view of the lake. We were able to relax and enjoy our few days of a fall vacation here. Great space and layout of the home. Lake Tahoe in all its glory

We enjoyed everything about this home! The house is very well cared for and nicely appointed. It's a short walk into town or to the sandy beach (a beautiful rocky beach is just steps from the porch). The views from the porch and balcony are simply amazing!

Cabin

Overall the place is nice and in a good neighborhood, we stayed before in lake Tahoe and aways used a cabin to stay and some of the cabis have kayaks for the gest to use and gas grill if fire is not permitted, we think that this cabin is in the perfect spot but need some of those stuff for the kids like the kayaks will will be back to lake Tahoe but probably choose a diferent cabin

We had a really nice stay overall. The unit was nice and the view spectacular. The location was as good as you could get. The warm pool was great. The master bedroom was nice and the master bathroom seemed recently updated and was very nice. Loved the warm floor and excellent shower. The unit was clean but not as clean as it could have been. Mainly kitchen floor, cutlery, and glassware. cookware and utensils often still had food on them. Kitchen was not as well equipped as it could have been. We had to buy a kitchen sponge and basics like salt and tin foil were not here. There were 4 empty salt shakers so have been missing for a while. The cookware was old and worn. Chipped, mismatched coffee cups a broken wine glass in the cabinet a loose kitchen faucet. etc. Basically for the price we paid these things were well below expectations. Wi-Fi instructions were incorrect so we had to call the management company but they did resolve it. and there were very few instructions overall about the unit. For instance we didn’t know about the need for a card key for the pool and where it was left in the unit. (Hanging on the coatrack). Communication could have been better.

Your notes about the kitchen floor, cutlery, glassware, cookware, missing basics (sponge, salt, foil), chipped/mismatched cups, broken glass, and the loose faucet are all concerns we take seriously. I’ll share these with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so we can correct and replace items as needed. We’ll also update the welcome guide with clear Wi‑Fi instructions and the pool card location (on the coat rack) to avoid future confusion. Great condo, well appointed and with the most amazing location. Right on the lake and just as advertised. Very comfortable. The views from the deck and balcony are fabulous and great spots to watch the lake in all different weather and light.

Great stay- awesome location!

Our family of five had a great stay at this rental… beautiful house, clean and amazing location! Lake Tahoe is just a few feet away from the back deck! The community the house is located in is clean and safe and it’s walking distance from King’s Beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. We had to call the property’s helpline a couple times and they answered promptly and helped us right away. Only complaint would be we wished they had more extra towels, paper towels, etc on hand but that was a minor issue and we had a great stay. Definitely would recommend!

Home away from home

Very relaxing and cozy. The sound of the water is so soothing and refreshing. 1 of the best places we have stayed so far and we’ve been all over. Felt like home was hard to leave look forward to coming back. Was hard to find at night a map could be helpful and the water pressure cutting off and on is tricky but that’s about it.
