Thank you for your review! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your Grand Welcome Vacation experience and hope to host you again soon, either here or at one of our many locations across the country.
We all liked the condo, especially the layout. There were games and puzzles and space for all 7 of us. There is road noise, but it is not constant. Next time we’ll bring coffee filters, dishwashing soap, and washcloths as these are not provided. We didn’t have any trouble finding additional parking spots. I marked down a star because the “hosts” were responsive, but not helpful. We would stay again.

Thank you for sharing your experience—we’re glad you enjoyed the condo’s layout, the games and puzzles, and that it was a comfortable fit for your group. We appreciate the note about road noise and the suggested items to bring, and we’ll review how we can better communicate what's provided in the listing. While we're glad our team was responsive, we’re always looking to improve in how helpful we are, and your feedback is valuable in that effort. We'd be happy to host you again!
Great location - great size - seamless check-in/check-out
The unit is exceptionally large and was perfect fit for our family of six. The location in Incline Village (north Lake Tahoe) was very nice for access to everything the lake has to offer. The only negative to speak of is the condition of the carpeting throughout the unit, which was pretty badly stained. Otherwise, the unit was well maintained and everything worked as expected. Hopefully the carpeting can be replaced with more durable flooring and the until will be perfect. If so, we will be back during our next visit to Lake Tahoe!
The only issue - which was not that big of a deal- was that there was no soap or body wash in the showers.

Condo 188 Mountain shadows
We had fun.Carpets very dirty.Freezer door handle broken.Sink faucet broken. No internet starting 3rd day of stay.Unable to adjust thermostat and very hot and uncomfortable.I have stayed in many condos in Mount Shadows but this particular one needs some major repairs. Will rent condos again but not this particular one.
Well laid out 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, 2 e suite. The downstairs is a bit cooler than the rest of the house, Lots of games to play, monopoly and clue and the like. Nice remote control fireplace, so cozy! If I lived here, I would add shades on the loft windows, as dawn comes early, and we could have used a dustpan for sweeping up dirt from the floor. It would also be nice to leave enough dishwasher pods for the number of days we check in. And leave extra towels (there were only 6, and we had 6 people for 4 days, but we did laundry so that was fine. The kitchen was well laid out, very fully stocked blender, kettle, coffee pot, filters, everything. No spices or condiments, you have to bring everything. All in all a lovely stay and very close to town and the diamond peak ski resort, though not walkable. A great stay and a wonderful cabin. PS, there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers, and lots of extra blankets. And dish and hand soap too. So you don't have to bring those.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad you enjoyed the cabin, especially the layout, fireplace, and kitchen. We appreciate your suggestions regarding the loft windows, dustpan, and extra supplies, and will definitely take them into consideration for future stays. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!
The property was very clean and spacious. My family of six had plenty of room to spread out. Having three bathrooms made it much easier to get everyone ready. The dining and living area was spacious. There were puzzles and games for the family to use.The location was perfect. We went to Yosemite one day- a bit of a drive but worthwhile. We spent a lot of time walking and hiking around the lake and spent some time in Reno. The drive from the airport was stunning and only about 45 minutes. The only negative aspect was that the washing machine did not work. I contacted the company and got an automatic response that they would get back to me during business hours (completely understandable) but they did not. That was pretty inconvenient, because we had a washer full of soapy wet clothes to deal with before our return flight. We had to find other laundry facilities which used time we hadn’t planned to spend. The washer would partially fill and drain but never spin out the water and would even kick on in the middle of the night! This is the ONLY reason for 4 stars. I wish they would’ve contacted us even if they couldn’t get it fixed before the end of our stay. I would stay here again. I thought it was a good value for the money. But I would specifically ask if the washer/dryer works. Having those facilities is a decision maker for me when choosing a property since that allows me to pack less and come home with clean dry clothes!

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the kind words about the spaciousness, location, and amenities. We’re glad your family enjoyed the puzzles, games, and beautiful surroundings. We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the washing machine — we understand how important laundry facilities are, especially for longer stays. We’re actively working to resolve the issue and improve our communication so guests aren’t left waiting for updates. Your comments help us enhance the guest experience, and we hope to host you again in the future.

Good enough for a quick trip
The place is a bit outdated. You had to shop for certain items as they did not have any back stock (paper towels and toilet paper) The one thing that was vital for our stay that they did not have is is no basic cable. As big time sports fans, we had to log in to apple tv and other apps to watch sports. Of course there is a big delay when streaming live sports. That weekend the US Open (golf) was on as well as some other big sporting events and we had to stream it. The wifi wasn't as strong and had a hard time streaming anything. You're better off going to a restaurant to watch anything on TV as we did. If you don't watch TV then you'll be fine. We used the place to pretty much sleep in and get ready. Didn't spend a whole amount of time there as we were in a basketball tournament. If you're in incline village for a quick trip, then this place will do. If you need a good wifi signal and cable, look elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback, Kris. We wish we received communications from you at arrival regarding your overall experience while you were in house to better your stay. We will relay your feedback to our local operations team for review and bettering the vacation experience moving forward.
The place was nice and spacious. It was well equipped. My only complaint is that the sheets/pillows had a musky smell. They appeared clean but it seemed as if they had not been dried properly. It made the night a little uncomfortable as I am sensitive to smells. Other than that, our day was pleasant.

Couldn't get past the disgusting dirty carpet downstairs
The pictures online looked like an average cabin with alot of space. As soon as you enter there is heavily stained white carpet downstairs and dirty walls in the hallway at the baseboards like years of dust accumulated there or something. It's a little outdated but not bad. The upstairs was ok, but we only stayed two of our four nights and left the property because it was just not comfortable. only 1 tv in family room and no instructions to use it. It was surface cleaned and kitchen equipped but primary bath didn't have washcloths and not many towels to be found. One of the bathroom towels was stained (first bathroom on bottom floor). Primary bed uncomfortable, but that might just be me..?I received a text from a 888 number saying to text them if I needed assistance. I texted back that I had concerns, but only received another text asking me for an email. I didn't have access to email so concerns went unattended and I left. Paid for 4 nights and stayed two:(

Perfect location at Incline Village!
Quiet location! Pretty centrally located! Had everything we needed to prepare our meals! Supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, soaps.
The unit met our expectations for the price point. Had a very comfortable stay and had plenty of space. Great location! Able to walk to multiple destinations
Great place, super location, exactly what we needed
This house has just the right amount of space for a group and plenty of bathrooms. It is within a mile from Diamond Peak and super close to the Hyatt casino. I would absolutely stay there again if I returned to the area.
